Base Salary

Your starting salary will be $45,024.00 annually ($26.80 per hour), payable by direct deposit to your bank account on a biweekly basis. Any salary increases will be administered in accordance with company policy. The company's standard work week is 35.00 hours.


Start Date

Your employment with the Company will commence on September 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience: 1 years of relevant experience
